By visiting or using this website to purchase merchandise or products you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Big Merch Privacy Policy.
Every product or service sold via this website is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Any item purchased from this website are purchased from Big Tix acting as an agent. Any dispute you have relating to a a purchase or the use of an item et which has been purchased via this website is between you and the merchandise organiser, artist, venue, event promoters or presenter.
Although Big Merch takes every duty of care to ensure the information that is displayed is correct and the suppliers, for which we sell merchandise and products are reputable, as an agent, Big Tix are not liable for any claims relating to an event or ticket purchase, except as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions.
All prices quoted are subject to GST and include any booking fee which covers the cost of the services provided in allowing you access to this website to purchase a ticket.
If at any time there may be an error in the price quoted caused by system, human or technical error, Big Merch reserves the right to cancel any order at this incorrect price and issue a refund. Big Merch will endeavor to offer a replacement merchandise item or product at the new adjusted price but may not be able to guarantee a replacement.
Our commitment to you as the agent for the sale of any merchandise or product is that we will email the pdf order for the purchase by you to the email address entered by you at the time of sale.
Then we will either deliver the items purchase to the shipping address entered at the time of sale or provide the items ready for pickup at the event venue or other nominated pickup or access location.
Every item sold is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of the provider of the merchandise or product or event.
At any point of pickup you may be required to present matching legal form of identification to enable the pickup of a particual item
Big Merch may sell others products and/or services in conjunction with the sale of an item which allow for the delivery of VIP experiences, music, merchandise. As these products and services are offered by an External Supplier then Big Merch cannot be held responsible or liable for the non-delivery of any goods and services.
In the case where these additional services are not provided, Big Merch will provide the details and information to enable you to contact the External Supplier and seek delivery or a refund for any goods and/or services.
Normally merchandise and products are sold on a strict no refund or exchange basis, other than what is required by Australian laws.
As Big Merch acts as the agent we can only refund and exchange purchased items in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any refund that may be made available can only processed in the same way in which the item was purchased. In the case of a credit card payment then the return of funds to you card may take up to 7 days.
The Terms and Conditions that apply at the time of purchase are the Terms and Conditions that are published on the website.
Big Merch reserves the right to change and republish the Terms and Conditions from time to time and then the updated Terms and Conditions will then apply to the use of any item that has been previously purchased.
